How do I stop being so nervous about moving away from home?

To be short- dont be scared of your 'nervousness' but instead embrace it. Of course your going to be nervous to move somewhere completely different, but your living your life! Lots of top A-list actors did exactly what you are doing. You can either stay in your home town and resent yourself for not following your dream.
