I Just Can't Take My Brother's Crap Anymore?

Sorry to hear that dude. Same exact thing goes for me betweeen my 16 yr old sister. My parents are never home and they do anything about it either. So my sister has beaten the crap out of me for the past 3 years of my life. I don't fight back( same as your reason). And when they are home both stand on the sidelines and lets us fight it out. I mean there's no point in violence. I suggest you just wait it out till he turns 18 because if something happens to you then he could get charged for it. Have you tried talking it out with him? My sister doesn't have any sense so this option didn't work for me (my parents were rarely their in our lives. We learned to grow up independent). I hope this helped.
