Sold item as new on ebay but now is a little damaged what should I do? ?

I sold a wall art on ebay it was brand new without packaging but since I am getting my house reinvented I put things away into bags thinking they would be safe but when I took the wall art out I saw that something was stuck on it and when I tool it off the colour kinda came off to a bit so what do I do now?
