My cat went crazy and ran off when my friend tied a ribbon with a bell around her neck. Will she be ok?

if this helps my cat got its vets collar off by itself so perhaps she needs sometime, cats are very good hiders (in small spaces) but im sure she wont go far from a caring owner Good Luck
