Teen needs weight loss help asap!?
Ok its summer and im trying to reinvent myself before junior year. Im 16 and about 180 pounds. I really want to lose weight before school. I wanna be 150 if possible but idk if that can happen in 2 months. Or i want to get to a healthy weight. I just want to be thinner so i can get guys. Where to start? What to do? Are theyre any healthy diet pills for teens to speed it up? How often should i work out? How can i avoid unhealthy foods? Cause my parents tend to go eat out a lot and they dont make my sister eAt healthy cause shes skinny. I just really want to lose weight for school. Someone give me a full out plan to help me do it fast.thanks :)
