My neighbor's dog died and I'm getting the blame?

it may not be illegal but it sure is bad karma ... the fact that you could stand there and watch an animal die says more about the type of human being you are which is a sad excuse for one ... and you are so lucky you are not my neighbour because i would not rest until you had paid for what you did - illegal or not ... i hope suffering comes on you like you watched suffering and could have helped, hopefully no one will help you when you are suffering ... disgusting ...
