Is there really a corporation in real life that is similar to ultor from saints row 2?

Ultor Co. from Saints Row 2 seems to be reinventing the city be building glass hotels and making it a better place for everybody by having nobody below the poverty line and stuff. So just out of curiousity is there really a corporation in real life that does stuff like this?
