I want to basicly re-invent myself?

i am a 13 year old girl and i am relitivly fat :) i want to louse a few pounds for summer but i also need i new look. so basicly i want to reinvent myself:) i would need advice on how to look summery and fashonable. i also might want to maby impress a guy :D i dont want much do i :DD
