HELP! Reinveting myself for school....?
If you want to lose 10 kilograms then exercise by starting off with 30 sit-ups everyday and work your way up to 100 by 10 or 15 more each week. Powerwalk 30 minutes for 3 days a week. Basically just target your problem areas..
