Need help with a new computer (tower)?

Did you say your 'new' graphics card is a X1650? Its an old card. Is it AGP or PCI-E? If its AGP it cant be used in either of the systems. If its PCI-E you might as well get either system and upgrade the graphics card anyway. The ATI 4670 is a good cheap option or the 4850 if you have a bit more money.
