My husband tried to strangle me and i have pain when i swallow?

he also hit me everywhere , he is not sorry and he says it is my fault as i am a bad person. i is not the first time he does it. he says that women provoke men and that they deserve it. what can i do to make him understand he is the bad one? he said i should speak to other ladies who know how to treat their husband well.
