How can I reinvent my looks over the summer?

I look good and everything, but I really want to change my looks. Hair, make-up, skin, nails, clothes... all need an update. I'm going to start college in the fall, and I want to look good before that! :) I would describe my style as not really preppy, but somewhat girly and colorful, and unique style.
