Are Republican vouchers worth no more then then a coupon off on a jacked up price?

They claim they need to privatize health insurance . What they won't tell you is that in the last 10 years medicare costs are up 400 % ... During the same period the " private " health insurance is up 700 % .. Guess who wants it privatized ?
